You will be taught the Reiki hand positions for healing and stress reduction of yourself and others. This class also includes training on the 7 main CHAKRA’s (energy centers that we all have in our bodies) and how to work with them. Working with crystals and stones is a very important addition to the Reiki healing energy. We will be covering the art of using crystals, stones and Reiki healing wands to enhance the Reiki healing energy. A Reiki 1 Manual is included in the cost of the class.
